Technical Problems in General

All technical problems that have occurred in the past 3 years were not due to malfunction of the site or server, they occurred because of problems with customer's computers, pop-up blockers or fire walls.

Java Script

Make sure Java Script is enabled in your web browser. Depending on your webbrowser this can be done under Preferences (Pull down menue: preferences>java) or "Internet Options". Click HERE for picture in Explorer.

Pop Up Blockers and Fire Walls

If you cannot see certain links and thumbnails, turn off ad-blocking, pop up blockers, or your firewall. Fire walls may prohibit you from accessing sites or put your login and password in properly. Pop up blockers are useful but can cause problems with some pages. You can temporarily disable them or allow certain pages to be excluded from pop up blocking. Please note:

90% of all technical problems and login problems we experienced so far were either due to fire walls or popup blockers.

Spyware

Are you having weird popups on surfing pages? Then you may have installed some spyware on your pc. These programs usually come with other free software and install themselves on your pc without you knowing it. To remove these programs you need a program like Adaware. Don't forget to click on the update button after you installed adaware! Download and install Adaware (Spyware Remover) Preventing those programs to get on your system is even better, because some of them are really difficult to remove. Download, and install the following programs for preventing pages to modify your browser settings. Download and install Spywareblaster.

Browsers

This site is optimized for Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Netscape. For some reasons certain browsers work better with certain operating systems. If you experience any problems on the Internet, like login problems, display problems, movie problems, download problems, authentification problems, it is always a good idea to have a second or third browser installed on your computer. That way you can try if using a different browser solves the problem. In many cases it does. Please make sure that you always have the newest browser version installed on your computer. Please note: The new Mozilla Firefox is much more stable and safe than Explorer. You can easily import you bookmarks and cookies into Firefox from Explorer.

Virusses

If you own a Windows computer it is very likely that you catch a virus sooner or later, unless you have a virus protection program (Norton Anti Virus, AVG, etc.) installed on your computer. Even with a protection program the possibility of catching a virus cannot be excluded because the manufacturers of protection programs can only react after a virus is already out there. Make sure you install all Windows updates so you always have the newest security patches. Indications for virusses on a computer are sluggish performance, weird actions and reactions for no reason.

Login Problems

Login names and passwords are case sensitive. Forgetting this is a common source of login problems. If your password is "aD2xx" you CAN NOT put in "ad2xx" ! Also be careful when you copy/paste passwords and login names, you may copy unwanted spaces which the server identifies as keys and denies entry. In case of doubt always type the login name and the password. Most other login problems result from fire walls.

Pennywize

In order to protect the page from hacker attacks, which happen almost every day, the page uses a system called Pennywize. This system blocks a password for 24 hours in case more than one user or more than one IP address is accessing the page with the same password. Please do not share your password, the system will recognize this and block it. Pennywize also blocks certain IPs and Logins when too many attempts were made to login.

Servers

Within 3 years this site had an up time of 100%. It was only taken down for 24 hours once because we upgraded our servers. Many adult pages are indeed hosted on crappy and old servers, which results in slow browsing speed. Some are hosted on one server together with dozens of other sites. Typical symptoms are slow download speeds and slow picture loading time. This site is hosted on fast and advanced servers (Pentium4 3,0 2048 MB 2x 120 GB Raid-1). If you experience problems, they normally do not result from our servers, they result from slow internet connection.

Movies

The large movies in this page are in Quicktime® Format and Windows Media® Format. The site has small movies files for modem users, but all the new Movies are big. Some movies are 60 MB, which is probably too large do download with dial up unless you are very patient. A 56 Kbps Modem gives allows normally a download speed of less than 50 Kpps, so expect download times of more than 3 hours. Below we have created a download table so you can estimate the download time.

Movies in Quick Time® Format run on Mac® and Windows® Computers on all operating Systems with Netscape Navigator® and Internet Explorer®, Safari, and Firefox. Some Internet Explorers on Windows do not have the appropriate plug ins installed. In case your Internet Explorer is not able to display the Movies right away, you can download the free Quicktime Player® here. The Quick Time Player is a great tool that can handle many movie formats. It is available for all platforms, Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP and Mac OS 8, OS 9 and OSX.Movies in WMV (Windows Media Format) run also on all platforms but require the Windows Media Player, which comes pre installed with Win XP. It can be downloaded here for all older Windows Operating Systems starting with Win 95 and NT and Mac starting with OS 8.1.
